Last Diet Ever uses a weight loss protocol based on more than 20 years of extensive research done by Dr A.T.W. Simeons during the 1950s and 60s.
When Dr Simeons travelled thru India, he noticed that malnourished Indian women were giving birth to healthy babies.
He wondered, how can this be?
Upon his return to Italy, he researched and discovered the mechanism behind the hCG hormone.
Human Chorionic Gonadotropin, or hCG, is a hormone women produce during pregnancy.
He discovered that this hormone uses fat stores in a woman’s body to supply nutritional deficiencies to the baby in the event of a famine or food shortage.
He also found that if a woman does not have sufficient fat stores, usually, the body will reject the pregnancy.
He then began to apply his ideas to overweight people, and upon the results that were achieved, he opened his renowned weight loss clinic in Italy and wrote a book called “Pounds and Inches.”
It is a manuscript available on the Internet.
Thousands of men and women have correctly followed his protocol and have been able to lose dramatic amounts of weight and have been able to achieve permanent weight loss.
Patients can start an exercise program of light exercises, if they wish, such as walking, swimming, bicycling or doing yoga.
Over-exercising is not recommended, as the concept of burning more calories to lose weight does not apply in this case.
Upon completion of the hCG protocol, it is recommended that the person continue to follow their new eating habits that include healthy fats, proteins and nutritious foods.
Some of the many benefits of this program that are usually not seen from other weight loss programs are: the person will experience full energy levels, no hunger pains or fatigue, sugar levels remain stable and safe, and weight loss is targeted at stored fat in tough areas.
